Yes — your decorator, your photographer, your planner are welcome. We coordinate the day. Outside caterers are allowed (subject to a kitchen briefing). Most families taste our kitchen and stay with it.
The building is held for one family per day — full day or half day (4 PM to 10 PM). We do not split the building between two ceremonies. That decision shapes every other promise we make.
The hall rental starts at ₹1,20,000 per day (time-based, exclusive of catering and GST). Engagement half-day formats and under-300-guest packages can come in lower — we'll write the real number on a single sheet of paper after a site visit.
Yes — we host nikahs, weddings, and engagements without preference. The hall can be partitioned for ladies' and gents' on request. The kitchen runs veg and non-veg in parallel. Six years in, we've hosted both on the same week.
No deposit for a walkthrough. Tea is on us. Booking deposit is 25% of the rental, refundable up to 90 days before the date.
We have one AC and one non-AC guest room (for the immediate family — bride, groom, parents). Larger guest groups are pointed to Hotel Maharani and Hotel Asma Tower in Koyilandy town, 1.5 km away.
Yes — ramped main entry, accessible washrooms, ground-floor flow throughout the property. The bridal suite is also on the ground floor.
Yes. With the Grand Hall + Dining Pavilion partition opened, full property holds 1,500 floating and 1,000 seated. We have done a 1,200-guest reception in 2024 with no overflow.
